We deliver tailored legal solutions to enterprises, including contract drafting, compliance review, and representation. Each engagement is defined by a scope of work outlined in a separate agreement.

3.2 Informational Products

Our informational products consist of digital guides, templates, and online courses intended to support enterprise teams. Access is granted via a secure download link sent upon payment.

3.3 Goods

4. Fees and Ordering

Service fees are set forth on the applicable order page or proposal. Payment must be completed in full before service delivery or product access. We accept major payment methods as indicated at checkout.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Legal Services for Enterprises

Clients may request to reschedule a service engagement up to 7 days before the agreed start date. If a scheduled service is postponed by Lexora, clients may choose a new date at no extra fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before commencement will not qualify for a refund due to resource and staffing commitments.

5.2 Informational Products

Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to claim a refund, provided the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once access is granted or the download link is activated, the purchase is final and no refund can be issued, as digital content is considered consumed.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging and unused condition, to qualify for a refund of the item fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers downward trend the cost of shipping for sent back items. Upon receipt and inspection of the sent back goods, the item fee will be processed as a refund via the original payment method within 14 days.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider but typically complete within 10 business days. Refunds are applied once we confirm eligibility under Section 5.
